Tamari Malbec

Tamari means ‘To Be Passionate’ in Huarpe, the native language of the Mendoza region in Argentina. Tamari winery has a team of passionate people who make wine from Argentina’s

most famous grape varieties; wines that express the character of their place of origin.

Their passion is reflected in the science and craftsmanship of Tamari’s winemaking process.

The Chief Winemaker, Sebastián Ruiz who joined the winery in 2006 has discovered a diversity

of terroirs in Argentina, and infuses his wines with their special style and unique character.

These wines are true representations of the most outstanding wine region in  Argentina.

Flowery notes of violets and jasmine, ripe red fruits, like plums, cherries and chocolate morello cherry. Aging in oak barrels adds complexity, and notes of hazel nuts, almonds and cinnamon.

Very good attack, good acidity, nice and delicate. It is a wine of medium body, long and tasty. The fruit in the mouth recalls notes of plums, caramel and toffee. Very interesting tannins, tasty, sucrose and long. A ripe fruit aftertaste and a very good persistence are emphasized.
